As hospitality becomes more and more concerned with minimising the avoidable single use waste it produces, markets around the country are doing the same. To say we are using 'compostable packaging' no longer cuts it if true sustainability it the goal. Customers are wising up and markets are stepping up to be true to their 'support local' and 'community' image and realities.
