By creating an account with UYO you will receive immediate inclusion in our online directory, for as long as you wish to remain (according to T&C below) or for as long at the guide exists. 

 

You will also receive a UYO window sticker. The idea of reusing your own cup does not belong to UYO and should always be promoted. 

 

We have chosen not to take payments from cafes. 

 

Cancellation 

 

You are welcome to cancel your listing at any time, by logging in to the members area, or by emailing UYO.  The idea of reusing your own cups and containers does not belong to UYO and should always be promoted. Keep the sticker!

 

The content you may submit to UYO

 

Any material which you submit to the UYO guide must not harass, slander, malign, libel, defame, threaten, or otherwise violate any rights of any third-parties and must not include any profanity, obscene, indecent, pornographic, defamatory, racist, sexist or unlawful material. If you post something mean or offensive, your subscription with us will be terminated immediately. We reserve the right to judge if a comment or image is mean and/or offensive.  If you say mean stuff, you will not be permitted to relist your business with uyo nz ltd for a period of not less than 10,000 years. 

 

By submitting material to this Site, you are agreeing and you do agree that UYO has the right to publish any such material for any type of use including for promotional and advertising purposes, including on social media, without compensation of any kind to you. You retain ownership of material you submit to this site.

 

You should always use caution when providing any personal information about yourself or your children. (Remember, you can quicker get back a million dollars that was stole, than a word you gave away - Arthur Miller.) UYO does not control or endorse the content of your listings and specifically disclaims any liability with regard to same and any actions resulting from your participation. Furthermore, UYO is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information.
