"the actual best avo toast I have EVER laid eyes (and stomach) upon. I'm currently in the midst of a super busy week at work and could absolutely do with this beautiful brunch right about now honestly 😅 My tastebuds were blessed with it over the long weekend at @thebotanistlb, and honestly, my marmite and avo on toast is a great time but its got nothing on this 😂 I just got home and need to get some dinner but instead am looking at this and wishing it was in front of me again! The most generous serving of avocado mash with @angel.foodnz cream cheese, semi-dried tomato, pickled red onion, micro basil & pine nut herb crumb, on toasted turkish bread aka a plantbased foodie millenials DREAM! 🌿✌🏼🌈 and special mention to the vegan big brekkies in the background that I have gotten before which are INSANE! take a moment to appreciate this beauty and put this place on your must do list if you are in or coming to Welly, seriously!! 🌟
