"Headed to The Botanist this evening to try their Welly On A Plate burger The Brisk Taker, and it did not disappoint (forgive the photos it was pretty dark!) Can’t get over just how blue the bun was 💙 (coloured with all natural pea flower!!!) Came with a handful of chunky, crispy fries 🍟 and some unbelievably tasty cheese sauce - seriously the sauce was 💣 Inside the bun was barbeque seitan ‘brisket’ with melted vegan cheese, pickles, carrot slaw and American mustard. Never actually had brisket so can’t compare it to the real thing but can confirm it was fab 👊🏻Great combination of fillings and smokey flavours 🍔 🍔 Did anyone else find it surprisingly spicy?? Or maybe I’m just soft when it comes to spice 💁🏼 Anyways 💯"
