14th May Auckland...

Our friends Conscious Action are hosting another valuable event. Click HERE to get your tickets and begin. ~ "Do you have a set of personal values you base your choices on? 🌸 Do you find making choices that align with those values difficult because of factors out of your control? 🌸 There is often a conflict for us, especially when it comes to our values around the environment. 🌸 During this event we’ll explore the opportunities we have to make conscious choices on a daily basis; how to make choices we can stand behind and be proud of; and how to generate more compassion for others making choices we don’t necessarily agree with. Come along to meet like-minded individuals, join an interactive discussion with guest speaker @ethicallykate , and for mindfulness, sharing and action setting."

Keep Cup Report

Using a KeepCup results in an 88% lower carbon footprint than compostable cups including manufacture and washing. How do Keep Cup know this? Because they conducted a life cycle assessment. Read about their findings HERE...

Forever Straw Co

Making beautiful things that are kind to our world. There really is no excuse for single-use plastic. It's time to stop sucking.

Don't let there be...

...more plastic than fish in the sea. Say 'No thanks' to single-use plastic. Straws, water bottles, coffee cups, soy sauce fish, cutlery, lighters, cotton buds, bags. Be the change. We can do this.

Compost

This is our friend, Renali, of The Sustainability Project. She says, "I compost because I can’t imagine organics ending up in landfill. Landfills scare me, imagine all those organics being in the landfill… not degraded and just laying there. I also do it because I want to give back to nature, Mother Earth provides us with a home and this is the least I can do." 🌱 If you're a city kid, check out The Compost Colective - Working with Aucklanders to reduce organic waste sent to landfill. ♻️🌱🌼 Join them for a free workshop 🌱

Keep New Zealand Beautiful

We had a incredible year last. Met so many incredible cafes who are doing incredible things. And we won the KNZB Most Sustainable Business Project category. This year, our family has doubled in size and I am so in love with the reuse revolution. Watch a wee video about us HERE. Unreal.
